Summary
A small set of FigJam widgets that turn Sophia Prater's OOUX / ORCA methodology into something product teams will actually open on a Tuesday morning.
Problem
OOUX is one of the most useful frameworks for taming complex products. The ceremony of setting it up is also the reason most teams never start.
Approach
Setup takes one click, the conceptual model stays exactly as Prater defined it, and the canvas behaves like a workshop a facilitator can run with a room full of people.
